  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded or shared course materials in violation of our Terms of Service
  • The refund request is made through the proper channels

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses that have been completed more than 25%
  • Certificates of completion that have been issued
  • Downloaded course materials that have been shared or distributed
  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the enrollment date
  • Courses purchased during special promotions or sales, unless explicitly stated otherwise

3. How to Request a Refund

3.1 Refund Request Process

    • The course name and enrollment date
    • The reason for your refund request

  4. You will receive a response via email regarding the status of your refund request

3.2 Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Course Cancellation by Student

You may cancel your course enrollment at any time. However, refunds are only available within the 30-day guarantee period as outlined above. After cancellation, you will lose access to the course materials unless you are within the refund period.

4.2 Course Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel a course, we will:

  • Provide at least 14 days' notice to enrolled students
  • Offer a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course
  • Provide access to course materials for a reasonable period after cancellation

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you have completed between 25% and 50% of the course, we may offer a 50% refund at our discretion
  • If technical issues prevent you from accessing course content, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund

If you enrolled in a course using a payment plan:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial payment
  • Only payments made within the 30-day period are eligible for refund
  • Future scheduled payments will be cancelled upon refund approval
  • You will retain access to the course only if you continue with the payment plan

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Loss of access to all courses and materials
  • Additional fees and complications in the refund process

9. Course Transfers

In some cases, we may allow you to transfer your enrollment to a different course instead of receiving a refund. Course transfers are subject to:

10. Refund Denial

11. Currency and Payment Methods

All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. If you paid in a currency other than Canadian Dollars (CAD), the refund amount will be based on the exchange rate at the time of the refund, which may differ from the original purchase rate.
